Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of QuickWheel (“the software”) and this website. By downloading, installing, or using QuickWheel, you agree to these terms.

1. License

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use QuickWheel on up to three (3) computers that you personally own or are issued to you by your employer. The license is perpetual for the major version you purchased.

2. Free trial

QuickWheel is available as a 14-day free trial with full functionality. At the end of the trial period, the app will stop functioning until a valid license key is entered. Your configuration files remain on your system.

3. Updates

Updates within the major version you purchased (e.g., 1.0 → 1.x) are included for free. New major versions may require a paid upgrade.

4. Refunds

If QuickWheel doesn’t work for you, email us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or resell QuickWheel or your license key.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the licensing mechanism.
• Use QuickWheel to violate applicable laws or the rights of others.

6. Warranty and liability

The software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the author’s liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license. Consumer rights under applicable law (in particular §§ 474 ff. BGB for EU consumers) are not affected.

7. Termination

Your license terminates automatically if you breach these terms. You may also terminate by uninstalling the software and deleting your configuration files.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply.
